Shipping policy

At Oregon Underground, we work with multiple fulfillment facilities to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after being placed. However, because orders may be fulfilled from different facilities depending on product availability and location, some orders may require additional processing and shipping time.

In certain circumstances, please allow up to 10–14 business days for your order to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, high order volumes, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help locate your package.
