No Return Policy

At Oregon Underground, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and our limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect size, color, or item selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or other resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
